Dr. Mohamed Bakillah was a Senior scientist and Group Leader at the GIScience Research Group of the Institute of Geography in Heidelberg and Assistant Research Director, AITF-Microsoft Scholar in Open Sensor Web, Department of Geomatics Engineering, University of Calgary, Canada. He serves as the Chief Editor of Journal of Open Geospatial Data, Software and Standards.
