I am head of the 3DGeo Research Group. The main objective of my research is to increase our fundamental understanding of geographic phenomena by observing and analyzing them in full 3D, in near real-time with high spatial and temporal resolution. I investigate and develop computational methods and algorithms for the geographic analysis of 3D/4D point clouds.  I love field work with our fantastic 3D tools, code new things mainly with Python, and I am a highly motivated university teacher.
