Prof. Dr. João Porto de Albuquerque was Visiting Professor at the GIScience Research Group of the Institute of Geography of Heidelberg University, and Professor at the Department of Computer Systems of the Institute of Mathematics and Computer Science of University of São Paulo, Brazil.
