Carla Jung-König studied landscape architecture and environmental policy at Leibniz University Hannover and University College Dublin. She then completed her European Master in Territorial Development at TU Braunschweig, UWE Bristol and Leibniz Universität Hannover. During her studies and afterwards, she worked in scientific policy consulting on questions of European funding policy, digitalisation and the future of work. She has also gathered experience in urban land-use planning, rural development and regional management in Saxony-Anhalt and Lower Saxony.
