Antonio Cardin writes his doctoral thesis at the Department of Economic and Social Geography under the supervision of Prof. Johannes Glückler. He studied economics with a focus on International Economic Policy and Dynamic Macroeconomics in Heidelberg. During his studies he worked as a research assistant at the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research.
Research interests
The subject of his dissertation deals with the geographical characteristics of innovation processes. For this, the characteristics of design innovation processes and innovation processes in the technical field are compared.
