Ingmar Hammer has worked as scientific employee in the work group Economic Geography of Prof. Dr. Glückler since 2007. He studied Geography, Business and GIS at the University of Stuttgart and wrote his diploma thesis on the topic “Innovation Networks in Biotechnology: an Empirical Analysis of the Biotech Companies in Munich and the Rhineland“. Furthermore, Ingmar Hammer worked in various companies from the high-tech sector.
Research interests
Among the research interests of Ingmar Hammer are innovation and business networks, methods of the social network analysis and their application for the analysis of business networks as well as geographies of services.
Teaching
Ingmar Hammer gives the lessons of the introductory event and the social network analysis.
