Shasha Lin Curriculum Vitae

Shasha Lin earned her doctorate at the DFG Graduate School "Authority and Trust" at the Heidelberg Center for American Studies (HCA). Her dissertation focuses on the trust of Chinese-American citizens in educational institutions and their attitudes toward affirmative action. Previously, she studied American Studies at the University of Heidelberg and English Language and Literature at Sun Yat-sen University. In the fall of 2024, she served as a visiting scholar at the University of California, Los Angeles. Her research findings have been presented at international conferences and published in the media.
