Geomorphology and soil geography Laboratory for Geomorphology and Geoecology
The Laboratory for Geomorphology and Geoecology educates students in the Bachelor's and Master's programmes of the Department of Geography in professionally qualifying and research-relevant methods for investigating the solid and liquid environment.

It also supports numerous projects in (palaeo)environmental research, both at the Department of Geography and within the framework of international research collaborations. The focus is on particle size analysis (laser diffractometry, dynamic image analysis) and elemental analysis (ED-XRF, AAS, ICP-OES, TOC/TIC/TN per elemental analyser). Environment.
